Sexual Health Requests

NOW AVAILABLE: Condom Order Pickups for Students. 

• Please fill out the form below if you are a student who would like to order condoms/dental dams/ or lubes for pickup. 
  Pickup is located in the SHAC Health Promotion Office, located on the Plaza Level of SHAC right next to the Pharmacy. 
• Please allow for 3-5 buisness days to process student condom pick-up orders. 
• Supplies available: Snug fit Condoms/ Standard Fit Condoms/ Large Fit Condoms/ Oral Condoms/ Latex Free Condoms/ Sensitive Condoms/ Ribbed Condoms/ Dental Dams/ Lube 

 NOW AVAILABLE: Outreach Requests for UNM Affilated Organizations 

• SHAC's sexual health education program can provide tabling, Safer Sex workshop presentations, or Condom supplies for UNM Affilated Organizations. 
• Please fill out the form with a primary contact person representing the organization. 
• Provide if you would like SHAC's sexual health program to table, present, or if you need Condom supplies. 
• Please allow for 7-10 business days for Outreach Requests to be reviewed. You will recieve an email regarding your request for follow-up.
• Please note that not all bulk condom orders will be able to be filled due to limited resources. Event and presentation requests may also not be filled due to limited staff.
