SHAC Health Promotion strives to be a resource for students in every aspect of health. They have educational brochures, materials, and resource guides in their office to inform or assist students. If you are in need of any of the materials mentioned below, please complete our Outreach Request Form, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

- Stress Relief:
Doing What Matters in Times of Stress: An Illustrated Guide by the World Health Organization is a stress management guide for coping with adversity. The guide aims to equip people with practical skills to help cope with stress. A few minutes each day are enough to practice the self-help techniques. The guide can be used alone or with the accompanying audio exercises. Available in English and other languages.
