Laura Veytia is a Physician Assistant at Student Health & Counseling (SHAC). She graduated from UTEP. She attended Physician Assistant school in Dallas. After graduation, she worked in El Paso in Women's Health, orthopedics, and cardiology. She came to Albuquerque in 1990 and worked at the University Hospital in Women's Health until 1996 when she started at SHAC. She works primarily in the Walk-In Clinic, but also sees patients in Women's Health. She is fluent in Spanish.
