Kathleen Schindler-Wright, LPCC, CADC

Kathleen graduated from the University of Illinois at Springfield with a degree in Clinical Psychology. She has three certifications:

    • Drug and Alcohol Counselor
    • Conflict Resolution and Divorce Mediation
    • Critical Incident Stress Debriefing

She has a variety of professional experience which includes working in a private practice setting with adults and children; working in a community mental health center, and an employee assistance service as well as serving as a clinical supervisor.

Kathleen has been an instructor at a community college. Also, she has been an adjunct faculty member of three universities.

Kathleen was drawn to working at SHAC Counseling Services due to the age range and cultural diversity of the students.
